The space Our space is a 2-bedroom condo unit with balcony on the 19th floor of Maldives Tower facing the basketball court, wave pool and white beach. We can accommodate maximum of six (6) visitors only. Preferably kids must be six years old and above. THE BEACH * The Azure Beach A man-made beach facility with fine white sand, wavepool and waterfalls. * Children's Beach Playground Engaging water play area with kiddie slides, large bucket that flip to empty filled water and valves for releasing spurts of water. * Ibiza Beach Bar Dynamic hangout in the middle of the Azure beach. With light snacks and assorted beverages. Terms and Conditions: (by Azure Property Admin Office) * Wave pool and Children's Beach Playground are operating daily in 2 shifts from 7am-12noon and 2pm-7pm, except on Tuesdays. * All pool users are required to wear wristbands. Only four (4) guests will be issued free wristbands by presenting the visitors passes at the clubhouse booth. Additional guest must pay Php 250 if desired to access the pool. * Access to Ibaza bar doesn't need a wrist band. It is open daily in 2 shifts from 7am-12nn and 2pm-7pm, except on Mondays. * Lap pool, lagoon pool, volleyball beach court, gym and basketball court are for owners only. * All pool users are advised to take all necessary safety precautions. The management shall not be liable for any accident, injury or death. * Children below 12 who doesn't know how to swim must be supervised by an adult while swimming is ongoing. * Proper swimwear is required. * Food and drinks bought from outside are strictly prohibited inside the pool and pool deck area. * Persons observed with skin disease, open wounds, cold sores, inflamed eyes or wearing bandages will not be allowed in the pool. The primary guest is requested to provide the following information to process the Guest Advise Form. (must be sent to me thru fb messenger) 1. Full name of all the guests with valid ID each. 2. Home address 3. Email address 4. Contact number 5. Primary guest's ID Please ensure all guests must bring their valid ID to show upon entry. Any modification or addition to the guest list will cancel the old Guest Advise Form and will require us to submit again all the names to Azure Admin for their approval. That is why cancellation 1 day prior the set date is not recommended. Once GAF was approved , a barcoded GAF will be emailed to primary guests email address. Upon entry at the premises: a) Proceed to the registration booth located at the 2nd gate of Azure Urban Resort Residences. b) Present GAF and ID for verification. c) Proceed to Maldives Tower conceirge for issuance of visitor passes. Ms.Shula will be waiting at the lobby to wait and assist you. Other things to note For safety purposes, please turn-off the main circuit breaker when leaving the unit. Mandatory "security deposit" amounting to Php 5,000.00 shall be collected by Ms. Shula upon check in and shall be refunded upon check out provided that all the things inside the unit are damage free. Upon check out, visitors passes need to be surrendered in exchange of your IDs at the conceirge area. Penalty may be charged if lost. Please be ready at least 30 minutes before your check out time. Please make sure you don't leave any personal valuables. We will appreciate cleanliness and hygiene. Please leave the unit reasonably clean for our next guests. Dispose your rubbish properly. Garbage room is located at the opposite exit, near the elevator. House rules 🏡 1) Strictly no other visitor aside from the registered guests. 2) Keep noise level low. This is a private and quiet residential. Respect our neighbors, building staff and attendant. 3) Four guests can use the kiddie beach pool, wave pool and shower room for free from 7am to 7pm except Mondays. Additional guests will be charged accordingly. 4) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and balcony. 5) Conserve energy. For safety measures, turn off lights, air-conditioning and other electrical appliances when outside the unit. 6) Conserve water. Do not leave faucets running and unattended. All plumbing defects must be reported immediately. 7) Keep your personal belongings safe. Guests will be solely responsible for any loss of personal items. Guests will be charged for any loss of our belongings inside the condo. 8) Laundry facility is available in 1st floor. It is not allowed to hang dry clothes or linens at the balcony nor in any other parts of the premises. 9) Minimal cooking is allowed. Basic cooking and dining wares are provided. 10) Report any damage or maintenance issue that may have made your stay uncomfortable. Guests may be required to pay a reasonable amount to repair the damage if needed. 11) Keep the unit clean. Dispose your trash properly.
