Guest access Guests must bring the original vouchers to the hotel for the check-in process. Without original vouchers can not check in. Kindly take note of the following: -Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. -The following booking has been confirmed, no cancellation or amendment is allowed. Voucher(s) will still be considered utilized in the case of no show. -Maximum occupant allowed are four-person (4) per villa, Children below 13 years old stay for free using existing bedding configuration. -Luggage and hand carry are subject to search, and prohibited item will be confiscated for storage until check-out. -No cooking or outside food is permitted in all guest rooms. Hotel staff will not assist with the transporting or transferring of outside food and beverages or cooking utensils that are not provided by the hotel and its outlets. -Durians and mangosteens are also not allowed within our hotel premises. -No fishing -With effect from 1 January 2023, the Federal Government of Malaysia has reimplemented the mandatory Tourism Tax (TTx) of RM20 nett per room per night on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders.This amount is to be collected by the hotel on behalf of the government upon check in. This tax is in accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysians Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) order 2017. All Malaysian are exempted. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in your total room rate. -No room decorations by third parties are permitted at the Hotel. Special decoration packages are available via advance request from the Hotel, and are subject to charges. -A refundable deposit of RM150nett is required for guests checking-in with decorative items, banners, balloons, glitter, confetti, and any other decorations. Guests checking-in with such items are required to remove them from the premises upon check-out. The Hotel Management reserved the right to withhold the deposit, to be forfeited as cleaning fees, for rooms with leftover decorations that cause excessive litter or damage to rooms.
