The space This is our home's back studio apartment located entirely separate from the main house. While it is on our property, we respect our guests' privacy and will likely never see them. (Unless you'd like some help or local tips!) Enter through the private alley entrance and the unit is located above our garage. Enjoy a stocked and efficient studio complete with kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable Murphy bed that can be easily tucked away to enjoy the living room when not in use and workspace for remote work! The chic bathroom includes penny tile throughout with a modern stand-up shower. Sip your complimentary coffee and listen to Denver's city sounds from myour private balcony. There is even a rooftop, shared with the hosts, with a hot tub! The rooftop/hot tub is yours for your private enjoyment! See photos/caption for instructions on use. PLEASE NOTE this studio is in the Heart of Denver so it's not entirely quiet as you'll hear sirens and other city sounds, including the hot tub above you :).
