A large public parking lot is available in front of the apartment - free at night and in the early afternoon hours, for a fee during other hours. Guest access Size: 53 sqm + 40 sqm veranda Equipment: air conditioned in two rooms, ceiling fan in the 3rd room, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, 2 mountain bikes, beach umbrella & chairs. A free public WiFi may be available in the veranda. Upon request, we rent bed linens and towels (max 4) and beach towels for a fee of 6 euro per guest, to be paid in cash at the end of the stay. Other things to note Guests are invited to scrupulously observe the instructions for the separate collection of waste. Since the electrical system has 3 kW of power, it is advisable not to use expensive appliances at the same time (air conditioning, water heater, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher). Moderation is also recommended in the use of expensive appliances, in particular not to leave the air conditioning on if you are absent from the apartment and to turn off the water heater when it is not expected to be used.
