The spiral stairs take you to the comfy Queen bed in the loft, the full kitchen is on the main floor along with comfortable seating and dining area. Great views of the Cove /Tidal water. Several nearby beaches, hiking, climbing, shopping, sightseeing... Restaurants, 24hr access to MOMOs cheesecakes, Sweet Cheeks Bakery... From seafood to Italian cuisine it is here! (need new shoes? the oldest shoe store in the US is in Belfast!) The space The cabin is cozy and comforting. Wake in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and head to the covered deck to watch the water and "be". Stockton Springs is conveniently located near Belfast (many unique shops and restaurants), driving distance to Acadia, a very short trek to the Penobscot Narrows Bridge with the tallest observation area on a bridge in the World. The bridge sits next to Fort Knox, which is open for tours and at various times of the year, ghost tours. Guest access This is a whole house/cabin. I use keyless entry so guests can feel at "home". IF there is a concern re: weather, heat... the campfire may not be available (I check with the Fire Dept for the warnings and will keep you updated). When you depart, please place sheets/towels in the hamper, lock the doors, and let me know when you leave. Other things to note The official opening for the Cabin is May1st. I am opening my calendar to provide reserved, safe space for asylum seekers and/or Emergency Relief during the months of March and April. Vacation bookings are from May 1st.... to the end of September.
