Spacious Seaview House: stones throw from beach

A comfortable and spacious family home, just minutes from the beach and town. Our large, detached 4 bedroom house is ideal for those wanting to explore the local Broadstairs area. We are a few minutes walk from Stone Bay beach (a hidden gem) and less than a 10 minute stroll into the town. With top-floor sea views, a large sitting room, play room, spacious kitchen/diner and garden, it is a great place for families. The space We feel sure you will find our house comfortable and in a great spot to enjoy everything the local area has to offer. Please note, this is not an Airbnb business or a show home, but a well-loved and lived in family home that is slowly being updated. We have fantastic amenities for families (if you take a break from the beach), including Netflix, Disney Plus and Sky, plus a wealth of books, board games and children's toys too! Guest access There is a large front drive with room for two cars to park. Our listing is for up to 6 people, however we could accommodate two families of 4 if you are flexible with sleeping arrangements. Both children's rooms are spacious - one has a cot and a spare single mattress if needed, and the other has a child's bed (up to 6 years) with another spare single mattress. Other things to note There is a resident cat - Jack, who comes and goes through his cat flap. He spends most of his time sleeping, but we ask that you please feed him during your stay.
