It is 140 square meters. On the ground floor, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room-kitchen, a toilet, and an exit to the terrace. The top floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a 75 m2 terrace with a private pool, barbecue, and garden furniture. The house has many amenities: high-speed WiFi, a dining room with a smart TV, comfortable furniture, and air conditioning in the living room and in 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped: induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto capsules) There are 2 full bathrooms with a bathtub and shower respectively upstairs and a toilet downstairs.
