Exceptional and unique location! Charming quiet flat in a house right on the beach of Pampelone - St Tropez next to the iconic Le Club 55 beach club & restaurant. Direct access to the beach (1mn walk). The flat is in a traditional house, on private property with 2 other houses, a 16m shared swimming pool (non heated) and private parking. The space Our flat is the only one with a terrace that looks directly out onto the sea / Pampelonne beach. It is a piece of heaven from which you can enjoy a morning swim with the beach to yourself (& private path to it), beautiful sunsets from the terrace, or a swim in the pool on your way back from the beach. A 10min drive to Saint-Tropez port & town, to the week-end market, a stroll along the old port with yachts and painters or dinner in the cobbled streets. The famous beach clubs of Saint-Tropez (Le Club 55, Indie Beach, Cabane Bambou, etc) can be reached by walking along the beach or by a quick 5-10mn drive. The beautiful hilltop village of Ramatuelle is a 10mn drive and fantastic for breakfast at Cafe de l’Ormeau or dinner. You can book rosé wine tastings at Chateau Minuty or Chateau Barbeyrolles. Guest access The whole flat. Other things to note It is a small flat within a house, with a beautiful terrace, big enough for 3-4 people to eat. NB: In July & August it can get very hot in the region, the flat has 2 ventilators but no AC. Behind the house is the swimming pool (not usable between November and 1st April) and in front of the house is the beach. The living room has a double sofa (clic clac) bed and a separate bedroom has 2 single beds, ideal for kids. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a separate toilet room with a sink, and a proper bathroom with a tub. The property's flowers and plants are maintained by local staff.
