As we live in Shanghai China since years we needed a place to where we can come throughout the year. The villa has a main house with big kitchen, dining area, a spacious living room with big television and 2 bedrooms. A third bedroom is tucked away in the back garden with as special remote and private feeling. All bedrooms are all double rooms with private bath and toilet. All bedrooms have their own television and practically everything you need to relax. We have a nice pool beside the main house with outside seating and sun tanning area. The garden is big enough for kids to explore or to play. Special to our villa is the fantastic outdoor seating sala beside the pool. Here you can do your work, have dinner or just sit and drink a glass of wine in the evening... WIFI and Satellite TV Available; Washing machine and dryer are the facility room, you can use them during your stay. Our place is located at Layan area, away from the main road. The house is within the Two Villas Oriental development with guarded private road access. Very safe. The neighborhood itself is quiet, but within minutes you can reach the surrounding villages and Laguna hotel area as well as the unspoiled Bangtao and Layan Beaches. There are some good restaurants with good food nearby in walking distance. We help you to rent Scooters, motorbikes or cars as well as private drivers during your stay.
