Manoir Delarue gîte and B+B - Le gîte

At Manoir Delarue you will find the perfect French getaway. The gîte is spacious, comfortable and beautifully finished with natural materials. Open plan accommodation spread over three floors; first floor master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with big bath tub and office area, stairs leading to an open mezzanine bedroom with two single beds. The gîte also has a ground floor sofabed with direct access to the wet room. Private entrance, terrace area and garden access. The space Opposite our house, Manoir Delarue, and on the other side of the courtyard, is our 18th century barn consisting of 4 guest rooms and the gîte, which can accommodate 4 people (not including infants under 2). After 8 years of restoration and renovation, we have created an exceptional B & B and guesthouse without masking the character of the property. The barn has been sympathetically renovated with vintage French furniture, timeless decor and beautiful natural materials such as oak, natural stone and slate, creating a harmonious and relaxing space for our guests. Breakfast is included in your first morning with us. Coffee and tea are provided. All linen and towels are provided and there is WIFI throughout. Guests have their own private entrance, terrace area with garden furniture and barbecue. We have toys, books, high chairs and everything needed for young visitors, as well as a swing and a tree house with slide, sand pit and trampoline in our garden. The interior and exterior meet on our large terrace which offers many shady places to relax and enjoy the old English roses and honeysuckle, like under the old willow. Enjoy our large park garden, meet our chickens, cats and dogs and take at look at what is growing in the vegetable plot. Please be reassured, the dogs and cats never enter the guest accommodation, and the dogs are not allowed on to the guest terrace. Guest access Nades is a small, quiet and pretty country village with lovely views and a Roman church, nestled between the magnificnet Gorges de la Sioule et la Forêt des Colettes. We are easy to find, in front of the 'mairie', where there is plenty of parking. During your stay, our nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away in Echassières, where there is a butcher, a bakery, a grocery store and a family restaurant. Bakery deliveries are made to Nades 3 times a week. there are weekly markets and supermarkets within 25 minutes. Access is easiest by car, we are 15 minutes from exit 12 of the A71 - L'Averne. Other things to note We take your health and safety very seriously, which is why we are kindly asking guests to check-out earlier and check-in later than usual to allow for airing and a deep clean in between groups. We have also organised our terrace and garden to limit contact between our guests and our family and pets. Thank you for your understanding. Rest assured that Manoir Delarue is an ideal place to enjoy isolation in a beautiful countryside setting. The staircase up to the mezzanine bedroom has slightly limited head height, and if you are tall, you may need to duck a bit - but once you are up there it is very spacious. Weekly bookings during summer school holidays and 2 night minimum stay at all other times. We have 2 Springer Spaniels, and 3 cats.
