Thank you for your cooperation Use of facilities and services • Maximum capacity of 6 people Optional: 1 extra bed (for children under 10-12 years old) + 1 baby crib. • The pool is heated* (from November 1 to April 30) and is deep throughout. We strongly urge the proper use of the pool facility, avoiding actions that cause accidents, taking special care and control of young children or people with swimming difficulties. * The water temperature will be between 21°-23°. Using the thermal blanket when the pool is not in use (mainly at night), you will be able to keep the water 1°-3° more. •Internet: Due to the unique location of the house, in a rural and sparsely urbanized environment, some infrastructures have certain limitations. This is the case with the Internet installation, which has only been possible via satellite and, for this reason, the download speed is slowed down. It is a service that is sized to browse and use email normally, but not to download large files, such as movies, music, etc. Please, for your own benefit and that of other guests, avoid any use that requires a high volume of traffic. • Check-in to the house will be after 5:00 pm on the check-in date. If you are able to access it earlier, you will be notified in case you wish to do so. For guest control, all guests over the age of 18 will be asked for their personal identification document (ID, Passport) and it will be returned to them once the Check In form is completed and signed. • Check-out from the house will be before 10:00 AM on the check-out date. In the event that you are able to delay the check-out time, you will be notified in case you wish to do so. • The use of the house is solely and exclusively for a vacation stay, complying, in a mandatory manner, with the maximum capacity of people for each module during your overnight stay or that established in this document. Meetings with third parties at a private, private or public level are not understood as a vacation stay. The house is not equipped or prepared to hold meetings, banquets, parties... • From the week of rental (and always for stays of 10, 17, 24… or more nights), clean bed linen (top and bottom sheet), bath and hand towel and kitchen towels will be delivered. At the same time, all dirty clothes will be collected and, at that time, a Basic Cleaning service will be carried out. All this is included in the price. • The house is not prepared to accommodate pets, so they are not allowed to stay. • Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will be grounds for non-admission without the right to a refund of the total amount and/or deposit. • The area where the house is located is very quiet. Some new houses are being built in Lajares and around the house there are free plots. We cannot guarantee that construction will begin around Kinegua between now and the day of your arrival. Guest access Each of the Modules has an individualized alarm system with several sensors inside the house. This system is for motion detection only; it does not capture images. The alarm system can be activated by the tenant at their discretion each time they leave the house. The system strictly complies with the law and is an additional security service for the tenant, who may or may not use it at their discretion.
