Knopberg Self Catering Lodge Shepard's Tree Unit

Knopberg is a tranquil little guest farm providing comfortable self-catering accommodation, hugged in the folds of the Vredefort Dome Bergland. It has unique views of the Vaal River valley, beautiful sunsets, a variety of indigenous trees and a range of local birds. Knopberg borders the Vaal River and is in close proximity of the historical Venterskroon Town, where gold was mined towards the end of the 19th century. The space We have 3 separate units on the lodge that can accommodate 16 guests in total each unit is totally private The Shepard's Tree has its own entrance and boma braai. Allowing all rooms to access the kitchen and main living area of the house. This includes a living room with fireplace and DSTV. The Lemon Blossom Farm House was the original farm house that has been authentically renovated, offering three twin rooms with single beds, two bathrooms and one with a shower. The unit has its own boma braai and veranda with beautiful mountain views. The Honey Bush Cottage sleeps 2 guests and is a private hide away cottage with a double bed and kitchenette.
