Wyomissing is pet friendly with a secure rear yard and multiple undercover and shady areas. The bay beach is only a short 300m walk away and the Rye shopping centre is not much further. Property Features The property features a large secure backyard, covered outdoor living areas, a shady tree to have drinks under, BBQ, carport, microwave, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and two TVs, all in a quiet residential area. It offers a very relaxing time for all. The house has 3 bedrooms to sleep 6 in comfort. There is a queen size bed in the front bedroom, a double bed in the second middle bedroom, and 2 single beds in the rear children's bedroom. Remember to bring your linen! Active children and well behaved pets will enjoy the open space of the secure backyard. Coloured lights can be switched on to brighten the outdoor area at night. There is a wide easy accessed grassed driveway and boat washing/parking area and a separate secure undercover carport area as well. Wyomissing is perfect for the family, but, NOT suitable for a schoolies type holiday. Guests who respect the house rules are welcome at Wyomissing. HOUSE RULES 1.
