Light and bright studio apartment in the *****LOWER LEVEL***** of "Brevard Bike House" Like new with full kitchen, full bathroom, washer and dryer, dining table, outdoor picnic table, and use of the private bike track and fire pit. Newly added “Ryan’s Bike Shop II !!! Work on bikes and lockable storage!!! (Must sign waiver before use of Bike Track and Fire Pit!!!) All of this in Walking distance to downtown Brevard, The Music Center, The Bracken Mountain Trail, and the Lumberyard District!!!! The space Super cozy linens and towels. Lockable bike shop/ storage shed. Other things to note **** Important to read this entirely!!!! Do NOT book if you are a light sleeper! The studio is completely separate with its own parking space, but the Bike track and fire pit area is shared with the main house's guests. Also, all guest must sign a waiver before using fire pit and bike track! Lastly, though every method of sound proofing available was used during construction, you can still hear some footsteps above and the tankless water heater and dehumidifier make fan like noise off and on. The bike track landscape changes with the seasons, pictures on the site show winter when the plants are dead. During spring and summer it looks much different with natural fauna and more privacy.
