Dbl room- easy access to beach/city

Comfortable double room with queen bed in our family home. Close to both bus and train. 20 mins from airport and City of Adelade. Short drive to Flinders Hospital and Flinders University, and Glenelg. Glenelg is a popular swimming beach with amusements and cafés. However public transport is not direct to these places and can take up to 40 minutes, 10 minutes if you have your own car. Fully air conditioned. Free WiFi. Use of shared kitchen and laundry The space A comfortable, sunny double room with a queen bed in a family home with free wifi, reasonable use of kitchen and laundry. Bedroom has wardrobe space available, linen provided and small bar fridge. Additional single bed, or cot and high chair available if required. Bathroom with separate shower and bath. Towels provided. Light breakfast included. House fully air-conditioned. Off street parking available. Close to train and bus. We do have a pet budgie called ‘Charlie’ who usually has a short flight in our lounge in the evening. Sleeps outside his cage and doesn’t venture into other areas. Generally kept outside during the day, and inside at night. Guest access Guests are welcome to reasonable use of our kitchen and laundry. Light breakfast is provided, and feel free to use our coffee machine. There is a lounge room that guests can use exclusively with a comfortable lounge, big screen TV and DVD During your stay Interaction with us is entirely up to the discretion of the guest. We love having people in our home, and having a chat, but will respect your privacy if that is what you prefer. Graham enjoys a beer or glass of wine, so feel free to join him and you will probably end up talking about local sports. Other things to note Smoking is not permitted in the house or close to open doors or windows. This is our family home so please treat it with respect.
