The geographical center of Kazan, all the attractions are equally close. The studio has 3 beds, the apartment is compact, the area of the first and second floors is 24 sq.m. Those who love space and scale may not find it comfortable. Other things to note Upon arrival, please have your ID (passport) with you for inspection. I do not check in guests in an alcoholic, narcotic, or otherwise inappropriate state. Pets are not allowed - I am allergic! One set of bed linen (2 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover, 1 sheet, 1 blanket) is provided for one guest, 2 sets for 3 guests. For 2 guests, the 2nd set of linen is provided free of charge upon request. 2 towels are provided for each guest. If you need extra bed linen, towels, blankets or pillows, please inform us in advance (at least 24 hours before check-in), if you book 24 hours before check-in or book on the day of check-in, then write a request directly through this website or the Airbnb app, if you have not informed us in advance about your wishes, then their fulfillment is not guaranteed! I don't make the bed, the guests make it themselves! The studio is two-story, it may seem uncomfortable and unsafe for the elderly and small children - you have to climb stairs. The area of the first floor is 16 square meters, the area of the second floor (bedroom) is 7 square meters. The studio is located in a block of five similar rooms/studios that share a common hallway. Please wash the dishes! If something accidentally breaks, gets dirty or breaks, please let me know in a way that is convenient for you. Don't keep it to yourself.
