Comfortable and cozy living room of 19 m2 with fireplace, a convertible corner sofa (double bed), 2 art deco armchairs, large TV, a stereo system, a library with books - a 17 m2 master bedroom with new bedding (160 x 200) and 2 large closets available (including a wardrobe + hangers) and a large storage dresser - a fully equipped kitchen of 11 m2, dishwasher, large worktop, fridge, microwave, oven, 4-burner hob, many cupboards with utensils and cookware (dishes, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle etc.) a table and 4 chairs, and the basic necessities to be able to cook a little something when you arrive if necessary! - 4 m2 bathroom with Italian shower: bath mat, shower gel and shampoo on site, and hairdryer. - Separate toilet with window - large decorated entrance hall The bedroom overlooks the small balcony-terrace overlooking the garden on the gate side while the kitchen and living room open onto the long balcony-terrace facing west overlooking beautiful poplars; beautiful wrought iron table & mosaic + 2 teak chairs. Guest access As a detached house (semi-detached), you have access to the entire home. Regarding the 5000 m2 garden, the part facing your front door is privatized for you, with barbecue and garden set (tables and 4 chairs) + parasol Other things to note ATTENTION ADD €35 CLEANING FEE TO BE PAID AT CHECK-IN (not included in the rate on the site) - Bath towels are optional: bath towel pack 5 euros/person - We have two dogs, Fetia and Xena, very nice, used to children and people. They never enter the accommodation or the stairs. - We can provide everything you need for a baby, or a toddler (baby bed, highchair, baby bathtub) - Even if it is a townhouse (noise in the evening is not tolerated), you retain all independence. If you want to enjoy your stay with peace of mind and privacy, this is not incompatible with the choice of this accommodation!
