Located in the countryside, quiet and surrounded by fields, you are 2 km from the village of Mouilleron-le-Captif, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou and 50 minutes from Nantes. The Beaupuy Park for walks (50 hectares, 4 ponds, castle) is a 5-minute walk from the barn as is the Flâneries shopping center (Hyper U, many shops) 300 m² house composed of: On the ground floor: - 27 m² kitchen equipped and open on one side to the 1st terrace and green spaces and on the other to the living room.
