Our apartment is a 44 m2 duplex T2, located in La Joue du Loup in the department of the Hautes Alpes. It is fully equipped with a very interesting location, not too close to the heart of the resort, so very quiet, and not too far to reach everything on foot in 5 minutes, including the ski slopes. It is located in a new luxury residence, on the second floor with elevator, not overlooked, with exceptional and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The space The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m² living-dining room with a very comfortable Poltrone & sofa sofa bed (140 cm), and a 55-inch TV, a first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A 160 cm futon bed and a single bed are in the mezzanine equipped with storage and which has a Velux with remote-controlled blind. Access to the mezzanine, which can be closed by a gate for the safety of children, is via a large retractable ladder. An outdoor leisure center is open offering tennis, table tennis, mini golf, swimming pool with slide, tree climbing... A brand new O'dycea Balneotherapy center has opened its doors in the resort, allowing you to fully enjoy restorative relaxation in any season.
