Goonlaze Cottage is a charming Cornish Cottage located perfectly between two beaches and the pretty, coastal village of St Agnes. The cottage sleeps 4 adults comfortably with space for travel cots or furry family members. With a secure, sunny, south facing deck and garden, easy access to beaches, the village and the cliff paths the cottage is a hit with families and walkers alike. St Agnes is a pretty Cornish village with beautiful beaches and plenty of activities. The space The Cottage includes a characterful, hand-built kitchen breakfast room with cosy Range Cooker. Separate, spacious dining room with log burner for those family meals and games after a day at the beach. Master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom two with two full size single beds. Bathroom with over-shower bath and plenty of storage, bright and airy sitting room with doors to a south facing deck, pretty cottage garden and panoramic views. The Cottage includes environmentally important features like solar panels, underfloor heating and a log burner. A portion of the profits go to Greenpeace and Surfers Against Sewerage (SAS) so your stay will be protecting the beautiful local environment! Modern conveniences are not overlooked and dishwasher, washing machine, Blu-Ray, iPod docking and WiFi are all present too. Guest access Private Parking bay. Private secure Garden and Deck. Washing machine. Dishwasher. TV's (x3) Wi-Fi, Blu-Ray player/Radio/Hi-fi. Other things to note It's worth noting that the cottage is a historic building and was built set on the hillside with it's back protected by the hillside. As such there are a few steps up from the parking bay and steep slate steps up to the garden. The steps won't suit everybody so if you are not sure please contact us to discuss.
