Spacious apartment near the center of Malaga

Very comfortable and nice 150 m2 apartment. It has 4 rooms and can accommodate seven people. It is perfect for enjoying downtown Malaga, visiting all its monuments and museums on foot, shopping, tapas in bars and restaurants, strolling by the sea or having a drink at night. Welcome!! You'll feel right at home. NOTE: Parties are prohibited in the house and making noise from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The space The kitchen is fully equipped (glass-ceramic, oven and microwave). There is a washing machine, clothesline and iron. There are 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with a large bed and one bedroom with a single bed. All are very comfortable and come fully equipped. The water is very hot, I offer a hairdryer and toiletries. The decoration is very well cared for. The apartment is very bright and exterior, except for the bathroom. Second floor, main street, very commercial and well connected. Guest access The customer can use the entire apartment. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen, living-dining room, full bathroom, toilet, 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two balconies, one in the living room and one in the main bedroom. Other things to note The street is 15 minutes from downtown Malaga. It is located in front of a large square just a few meters from a main street. This area is ideal for visiting Malaga at any time, but especially during Easter, the August Fair and Christmas, due to the great atmosphere. If you want to combine cultural tourism and sun and beach, it is also a perfect area, as the beach is reached in 20 minutes (five by car).
