Cosy apartment in historical farmhouse, living room with dining nook and pull-out sofa for 2 persons, bed room with double bed, small bathroom, small kitchen, ideal starting point for sightseeing trips, hiking and bike tours as well as for cross country skiing. Distances: 20 min Chiemsee, 25 min Bad Reichenhall, Traunstein, 35 min Salzburg, skiing area Reit im Winkl/Steinplatte, 45 min Berchtesgaden, Koenigsee, skiing area Lofer. The space Important: the community of Inzell charges a tourist tax of 2,10 Euro per day per person, which has to be paid separately at arrival. For children there are recuced rates (see other things to note) The apartment is equipped with a double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out sofa for 2 persons in the living room, a small kitchen and a small bathroom with shower and WC. The garden with seats outside can be used as well. There are free parking places in front of the house. . Bed sheet and towels are provided and changed upon request. We offer free WLAN access. However, signal strength and speed may vary substantially. This accommodation is not suitable for picky and allergic guests. The apartment is located in the ground floor of an old historical building from 1490. The house itself is located in the quiet little village Breitmoos. A couple of restaurants and coffee shops can be reached in about 30 minutes walking, the supermarket is about 12 minutes to walk and several hiking trails and cross country slopes start directly from the house. Due to we like travelling and staying in private rooms we also want to offer this possibility to other travelers. We are looking forward to welcome guest from all over the world and we are very pleased to give you tips and recommendations for sights in the surrounding, hiking tours, restaurants or night life. My partner is an artist (painting and sculptures) and he is pleased to show our guest his studio and workshop. Also you will find some of his art works as decoration in the apartment. Guest access There are 3 apartments in total all located in the ground floor, we live in the first floor. Guests from both apartments can use the garden, deckchairs and garden furniture available. Buggies, bicycles and e-bikes can be stored and recharged inside in the corridor. There is one parking for each apartment in front of the house, campers must be parked elsewhere. E-cars are welcome, but there is no charging facility on the property. Other things to note Not included in the Airbnb price / to be paid after check-in : A) Additional fee of € 5.00 per night for children under 2 years. B) City tax of € 2.10 per night, reduced rates for children : < 7 years = no charge 7 -16 years = € 1.00 > 16 years = € 2.10 C) The additional fee of for pets is already included. Not more than 2 pets in total.
