Traditional Vendean house of 110m2. Two kilometers from the village and the Gois, in an authentic district of Barbatre. It is quiet even in summer, and located 300m from the beach of Boucholeurs. This large beach allows to practice water sports, summer gateways, swimming safely for children and shore fishing. The house has a large garden of 800m2 with terraces very well exposed. The space We provide for toddlers: a cot, high chair and bottle warmer. Board games, outdoor games and fishing equipment are also available. As well as the barbecue, garden furnitures, sunbathing (deskchairs) and all the necessary documentation (markets, shops, multiple activities in the area...) to fully enjoy a pleasant stay. The house is equipped with all modern comforts: a kitchen, a storeroom, two bathrooms (shower and bathtub) and separate toilet. Two larges bedrooms: one of 15m2 with bedding 160, The other is 33m2 with two double beds (140) ideal for children, teenagers and friends. A summer yard of 20m2 is also available with its living room. Guest access The house is accessible in a private dead end, and the vehicles can be parked on the closed ground. Other things to note Linen is not provided so you can pick it up or rent it at the on-site concierge service. You have the choice to do your household or take the package with FONCIA. Garbage disposal is done in recycling containers in the supermarket U Express, near the service station. Containers for glass and paper are not far (towards the beach)
