Charming townhouse in the safe and cozy neighborhood of Rosenvång, Limhamn. Large leafy south-facing garden with flowers, fruit, and berries. Laundry room and extra shower in the basement. Free street parking. Close to the beach, city, cafés, and shops. Two cuddly and independent Bengal cats (see pictures) live in the house and need feeding and some company during your stay. Ideal living for families seeking peace, city access, and the company of two sweet and incredibly friendly cats. The space Our house is a two-family townhouse with two completely separate apartments. We live in one, and our year-round expat tenants live in the other. During the summer, while we’re away at our summer cottage, we welcome guests to our part of the house – the entire ground floor with direct access to a lush south-facing garden, as well as the basement level with laundry and an extra shower. The only part of the basement our tenants use is the laundry room, about once a week. Two cuddly and independent Bengal cats will stay in the house during your visit. They just need some food and a bit of company – and since they come with the stay, we’ve adjusted the price slightly below the usual rate. A charming and great-value home, especially for animal lovers! Other things to note Bring your own bed linen and towels, if nothing else has been agreed. (We always supply blankets and pillows). There are bed linen and towels for rent for a cheap penny if you do not want to bring this yourself.
