Private family owned house close to the beach

March 2023 update: all rooms have AC, added new mattresses, new TV sets, and new minifridges in all rooms. The Garden, terrace, BBQ + other auxiliaries are free to use—full access to the kitchen on request. The space Our house is 150m away from the beach, it's privately owned by a family who lives in it all year long. Rooms are located on two floors with many choices depending on guests preferences. Bathrooms are fully equiped and brand new. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, fridge and grill available on request. We hope our guests would not only feel like home but also as in their own house by the beach, enjoy the garden and relax in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. Restaurants and terraces are just 1 min away on the main alley and all major attractions including discoteques, pubs, restaturants, etc. are less than 10 min walk. Minibus has a stop 100m from our house on the main street (Garii St.), it comes and leaves from the city of Constanta/Tomis every 30 min. Guest access Acces is free to all common areas including garden, terace, outdoor bbq, grill, etc. During your stay We live on the ground floor and we are always easy to be found for a recomendation, simple chat or a discussion over a glass of wine. Other things to note All travelers passing our country to or from wherever, in need for a good night sleep in a relaxed atmosphere and more, willing to share memorable stories and enjoy some quality time are welcome.
