. Guest access Terraces are prohibited after 10:00 PM. Respect for my neighbors is the most important thing. On the outside floor outside the main house there is an apartment that is rented independently to customers annually or is for my free disposal. It is not included in the rental of the main house. The kitchen is also on the outside of the house and tenants will be able to use it, always leaving it in the same condition. They will also be able to use the garden patio, but both rooms will be closed at 11:00 pm due to possible noise for my neighbors. In the house there is an outdoor studio that is sometimes occupied long-term but outside. Thanks again. Other things to note No parties or alcohol are allowed in this house. After 11:00 pm you can't be on the terraces as the noise affects the rest of my neighbors who have to work and there are small children. No noise is allowed inside the house after 11 pm either. The neighbors will complain and call the police. You have to be respectful as if you were in your own home. It is a centrally located house suitable for resting and being civilized. For parties you have to rent houses in the countryside. At night when you arrive late, do not make noise or shout, the neighbors will wake up. Thank you.
