Casamia has a large livable kitchen,lounge room with comfortable sofa and a toilette on the groundfloor. Two double bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. The 90 sqmt terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the alfresco dining. Villa Colle is composed by a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and batroom on the firstfloor. Patio, alfresco dining area and a terrace with view. Outdoor spaces, made with great care are perfect for relaxing moments under the sun. Large gazebo around the pool with comfortable sunbeds.This place is unique, privacy quiet and relax at 5 minutes from the townlife. Great for trekking percourse immerse in the nature. Guest access The chlorine free pool, 5X11 mt., is shared between the two houses of the property. Great private outdoor spaces for alfresco dining,BBQ and woodowen to enjoy the authentic tuscn life. Private garden for relaxing moments under the sun. The houses are on two different levels of land, this is an extra warranty for your privacy. Private parking place. Other things to note At your disposal: dishwasher, washingmachine, microwave, bbq. The 5X11mt pool can be heated upon request, we ask an extra cost of payable on site of 100 euro per day, for a minimum of 3 days. Pool goes up to a maximum of 8 degrees more than outdoor minimum dayly temperature. The heating process needs about 24 hours to be completed. Jacuzzi is heatable upon request on site and takes about 8 hours to reach the maximum temperature of 35 degrees. An extra cost of 25 euro per day is required for the heating.
