Great central location to walk everywhere

A quiet room within our home located in the lovely suburb of Herne Bay. It is a garden room with own bathroom in one of the best locations in Auckland. Guests have full use of facilities including a complimentary continental breakfast if required. Walk everywhere or there is a bus on the corner. We are only 5 minutes to local restaurants and 10 minutes to bars and live music. Central to galleries, museums and shopping! The space The good sized queen bedroom has its own access out to the lower garden area, seldom used by the hosts. There is an outdoor setting and an all weather clothesline as guests are welcome to do washing. The townhouse itself is on 4 levels and so the exclusive guest bathroom is on the next level up adjacent to the front door. The home is split level, so it's only 8 steps down to your bedroom from the front door, not a full flight of stairs. Guest access All living spaces are available for guest use including second room on the lower guest bedroom level (no beds) for storage or suitcases. It has an office desk if you prefer to work at one. You can really spread out if you want. In addition the garage has a small home gym and table tennis table which guests are also welcome to use. There will be space in the fridge and pantry if required too. During your stay We both only work part-time so in and out during the day and always available. Other things to note Continental breakfasts are provided (before 10am is appreciated) and guests are always welcome to help themselves to coffee (expresso machine) and a range of teas at any time.
