Quiet Ground Floor Garden Flat

This is a very quiet neighbourhood with small tree filled park at the end of the road which has a nice cafe and children's playing area. Very easy access to the local shops and into the centre of London. Good pub on the Road and cafe at the corner of the road. Trains go to Charing Cross, London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo Victoria are all within either 10 - 20 minutes walk to station . St Johns, Brockley, Lewisham stations. You can be from my house to centre of town in 20-30minutes. The space It is very cosy and quiet. I am an artist so there are lots of colourful pictures on the walls and my studio in the garden. There IS ONE LARGE MAIN BEDROOM with king size bed AND A SMALLER SPARE ROOM with small double bed for two people. This is my personal space with a more rustic and homely look. I leave everything for the kitchen and I appreciate people's respect for my living space and to leave it as you found it. It is a ground floor flat of a large 1840 building with two other flats above. Wonderful for rest and comfort not suitable for loud music or parties. Guest access You have access to garden immediately outside the back door of kitchen. Other things to note I have just had the lounge and hall floor stripped and sanded so it looks fresh once again. THEREFORE Please no heel shoes as in ladies thin heels are allowed in these areas. Flat shoes should be fine but there is provision to take shoes off in the first bedroom as you enter. There is always good parking space outside. recently the parking in the whole area has changed but normally you can park outside. ALSO this is a NON SMOKING FLAT and no pets
