Other things to note An accommodation tax of 1.5 euros per day is payable for each person aged 12 and over from 05/01/2024 to 10/31/2024. The payment of the accommodation tax will be made on site exclusively in cash and is therefore not included in the booking price paid through Airbnb. Bath and bed linens are not included in the price, but can be provided upon request. The cost of bed linen and towels, to be paid on site exclusively in cash, is 25 euros per person per stay and for each change of linen that is requested during the stay. At check-in, a security deposit of €300.00 must be paid exclusively in cash, on site, which will be returned upon departure after a successful check of the condition of the house at check-out. At check-out, the dishes, pots, glasses and any other kitchen utensils must be left clean, as well as the hob must be cleaned and the house cleared of any type of waste that must be disposed of according to the rules of separate collection and left at the garbage collection points in San Teodoro. In the event that this rule is not respected, the check-out clerk reserves the right to withhold a variable amount from 50.00 to 100.00 euros, deducting it from the security deposit.
