The courtyard style gardens feature ramps and patio areas, with flower borders and raised beds with a profusion of colours, textures and smells. There is plenty of seating options backs onto the castle grounds, the adjoining park, playpark and playing fields with pleasant riverside walks where you might see herons and otters fishing.
