Fully refurbished heated lady bungalow set in a private garden along the south west coast path. Two small bedrooms, shower room and new fully fitted kitchen. The space The bungalow is situated in a separate area above our own property in a very quiet rural neighbourhood. The views from the bungalow are secluded and look out onto a private garden and from the garden you have beautiful coastal and countryside views. We are situated a one minute walk away from Seaton Hole Beach and along the coastal path to Beer, Branscombe and Seaton. Guests will need to walk up some steps to our property and then more steps up to the bungalow. Guest access Guests will need to access the bungalow by walking along the side of our property. Once up in the top garden guests will be able to enjoy the privacy of the bungalow with their own private garden. Other things to note The bungalow has a smart TV with freeview. Guests are able to access Netflix if they have their own account. DOGS - we welcome guests with ONE dog but please do not bring your dog on holiday with you if you intend to leave them alone in the bungalow - the bungalow gets warm on sunny days and is not a suitable space for dogs to be left unattended. Please do not allow your dog onto the furniture or beds. The garden is not a secure enough space to let your dog out without being on a lead due to neighbouring fences and bushes not being secure. We often have squirrels and pheasants in the garden and dogs barking make a lot of noise for our neighbours - please bare this in mind as you consider if this accommodation suits your needs and our wishes. We will be following Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: ◦ we will sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob ◦ we will use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination ◦ we will clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists ◦ we will provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay ◦ we will comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
