Recently updated lakefront home with fibe wifi, dock, paddle boards, kayaks, canoe and screened gazebo with slide up/ down windows for rainy cool days. Easy entry into the lake, 4ft deep at end of dock with hard bottom. Fully equipped kitchen. Treed property, parking for 3+ cars, minutes to town with LCBO, Foodland, Home Hardware, library with train car (local history) and arena/community centre. Pet friendly home with self check in. The space This lovely home, has all the comforts of home plus waterfront activities. Quiet bay for canoeing/ kayaking or swimming. Loons, herring and other birds of prey can often be seen from the dock. Mornings in the gazebo are perfect for quiet personal time (reading, yoga or just relaxing) before the family starts their day. In the evenings there is a propane fire pit near the water to enjoy. Eat in the dining room, on the deck or down on the dock. Tables on dock and deck to spread out. Kids will love the shallower water off dock or wading in from shore. Often sunfish can be caught off the dock. Great experience for first time fishers. Lots of shade available but plenty of sunshine on the dock. Pets are welcome. Please let host know before you arrive if you are bringing pets. 2 pets maximum. Pets are to be under your control at all times (by-law in affect). You are required to pick up after your pet and ensure that any "messes" the leave are also cleaned up (holes, chewed sticks, poop). NO PETS ON FURNITURE. If pets are found to be on furniture, there will be a $100 additional cleaning charge and it will be taken from your security deposit. Guest access Private dead end cottage road. Well maintained. It is great for walking/running. Cycling and hiking trails nearby.
