Come and discover the banks of our beautiful Garonne with this independent accommodation located just a few dozen meters from the river. It will only take you 10-15 minutes to reach the Bordeaux ring road (excluding possible traffic jams...) and thus enjoy Bordeaux. Consisting of a mezzanine bedroom (140 cm bed) and a living room with fully equipped open kitchen as well as a tiny shower room on the ground floor (from 1.80 m you will have to tilt your head a little!) (No private garden) The space Quiet between the vineyards and the banks of the Garonne... Recommendation: it is preferable to have a personal vehicle. BUS: line 501 at the end of the street TRAM: line A from Place Stalingrad (Bordeaux) CAR: as a guide, to be updated according to traffic (Bordeaux traffic jams are not only made of cork...): 10 minutes from the ring road 20 minutes from Place Stalingrad in Bordeaux 40 minutes from St Emilion 45 minutes / 1 hour from Arcachon Guest access This is a completely independent home with its own access to the communal road. The common parking lot for the neighborhood is located behind the Le Robinson restaurant, but you can unload your luggage in front of the accommodation before going to park there. In the absence of your neighbor, Ghislaine, who will be your host on site, a lockbox will be available to allow you access to the accommodation at any time. Other things to note Shower 🚿: if you are over 1m80 you will have to tilt your head a little... Living with the Garonne: living by a river has advantages (bucolic setting, landscaped walking path, beautiful sunsets...) but in return you have to accept the disadvantages (humidity levels fluctuating according to tidal coefficients). The accommodation is isolated (50 cm stone walls, double glazing, dehumidifier). For your comfort, it is imperative to let the CMV run and ventilate regularly.
