Central Cozy Apartment is a beautiful and comfortable apartment suitable for everyone. It is located near Dubrovnik's Old Town and is well connected to all other parts of the city. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and within walking distance. Bellevue Beach is just 250 meters from the property. Accommodation has free private parking and an elevator. Welcome and have a good time in our Central Cozy apartment! The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large bed, bedside tables, wardrobes, mirror and TV. In the second part of the apartment there is a living room equipped with a TV, a standard kitchen and a seating area, and an exit to the balcony. The bathroom is spacious. Guest access 🚘 Private parking space enclosed by a ramp. ✅️WiFi 🍒☕️🍽 There's a lot of shops, cafés and restaurants reachable on foot. 🚍 Bus stop around the corner. 🌊🏛The Old Town and the Adriatic Sea with its' beaches is also reachable on foot. Other things to note 🧥 Fabric softener and detergent aren't included. 🗃 We added an office desk instead of the dresser in the bedroom. 🗄 We had to change the fridge to a smaller one.
