Home in Breitnau

Nice room about 20 m² with bathroom en-suite in Breitnau-Tiefen in the Black Forest. You walk out of the door and you find hiking trails and cross-country skiing. A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee. PLEASE READ ALL THE DESCRIPTION and look at the map to find out the location TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS! The space The spacious room - 20 sqm - located on the 1st floor on the west side of the family house, so with a nice afternoon sun and views of the countryside and big trees. You reach the 1st floor by stairs (no elevator). Next to the room is your own bathroom with toilet and shower. In the room itself there is a sink. On the corridor you find a fridge, micro wave, induction cooker with 2 plates, water kettle and coffee pad machine as well as coffee and tea bags, where you can help yourself. No use of the kitchen in the EG. As bed place you find 2 beds and a short single bed in the niche (93 x 185 cm). Please remind the measurements of the beds. Since my treatment room is also located on this floor, the first floor isn't entirely yours to use. I usually have appointments Monday through Friday at 10 or 11 a.m. and/or 3 or 4 p.m. Guest access Guest room, bathroom with toilet and corridor on the 1st floor. Parking place for your car in front of the right garage. In the yard you will find a bench, a table and also a BBQ-station you could use . (Wood is in the garden, you have to bring charcoal, aluminium leaves and your food for the BBQ by yourself). Drinks like soft drinks, beer and wine could be purchased. Tea and coffee is free also a small breakfast with toast, butter and jam! Since my treatment room is also located on this floor, the first floor isn't entirely yours to use. IMPORTANT: By law we are obliged to demand tourist tax from our guests. I have already included this amount in the price. (Tax: Adults € 2.90 and children € 1.20 per day. Arrival and departure are calculated as 1 day). After completing a form, you will receive a spa card, which you can use for public transport free of charge (except ICE, EC and IC), among other things. By booking you agree with this conditions.
