The space Fully equipped studio, a trundle bed with new bedding, the bed is a queen size when unfolded. Very bright with 2 large double glazed windows. A kitchen area with a new oven, a ceramic hob and everything a real chef needs awaits you in this studio. A table hidden under the counter will allow you to eat but also to work if necessary. Shops, restaurants and transport are at the bottom of the studio. The street is very quiet in the evening, it is a peaceful neighborhood for the center of Paris. Guest access The keys to the studio are available at Franprix, located a 5-minute walk from the studio, thanks to the Keynest lockpass. You have access to the accommodation located on the 5th floor without elevator access through the hallway and common stairs. Paid street parking is available downstairs from the building.
