Cali House is located on the right bank of river Bojana. It is about 700m from the bridge and about 500m from the sandy beach on the Adriatic sea. The house is right on the road to the beach with its own private multi-level terraces leading to the river, offering fantastic views of the river and the mouth of the river to the sea. Cali House is new, comfortable, at premiere location. Up to 8 adults sleep comfortably in 4 rooms totalling 3 double beds and 1 double sofa-bed. The space Spacious three-bedroom house with full kitchen, bathroom, living room. Large multi-level decks leading to the river with a dining area for 8, bar, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom with shower, hammocks, baldachin... Guest access Entire house, large multi-level platforms, private parking for four vehicles, private river access. Other things to note During summer months there are occasional power outages that can last for a couple of hours, rarely the entire day or even two days. This has nothing to do with the house itself, but with the outdated electrical network in the area. With it sometimes there's no running water as well. This is simply something that all of us at Ada Bojana area have to deal with for the time being.
