Lovely Spacious Double Bedroom and private lounge

Within walking distance to town 5 minute walk , that has plenty of shops, Prestatyn Parc, Nice places to eat and bars. 10-15 minute walk to the Beach The space Lounge with TV to yourself, Netflix available , WiFi, private Bathroom with bath and shower...Hot tub available , please give 24 hours notice; two hours maximum usage and is available upto 21.30 hours. Please bring your own towels for the Hottub. I will supply towels for bathroom etc.. Guest access Patio smoking outside please. Hot tub available upto 21.30 hours as to keep the noise down and to respect our neighbours. Two hour max Usuage... host will usually be here to greet you and give front door key.. otherwise key will be in a key box. During your stay I live in this house with Our Goldendoodles ,they stay in our private living room. I Can be contacted by phone or email, will welcome guests into our home, and answer any questions Other things to note We have Goldendoodles that are kept in our private living area or outside and they are very friendly.
