The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a single trundle bed underneath which can be rolled out. It has access to a 2nd bathroom. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry alcove. The living area is open plan with the lounge, dining and kitchen all together. The lounge has a 42 inch LCD TV. Free WIFI is available for guests. There is a BBQ on the balcony. The entire unit is AIR CONDITIONED. Everything in the apartment including all kitchen utensils is in new condition. Guest access The complex has a Pool for guest use. Other things to note The unit is on the 3rd floor and is only accessible by 2 flights of stairs (no Lift) therefore unfortunately is not suitable for disabled access. The apartment is subject to body corporate rules. Therefore please be considerate of other residents. Linen and towels will be provided. LONG TERM WINTER RENTAL AVAILABLE.
