The space City Courts is a 54 unit private condominium building located in the heart of downtown Lexington Kentucky and across the street from the University of Kentucky. The unit is a first floor one bedroom with one full bath with a modern feel. Secure parking is available for one vehicle with additional parking on the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal. This is the perfect lodging for the young professional, traveling contractor, grad student, medical student, or just anyone looking for short term lodging with access to downtown Lexington. Guest access You will have complete access to the condo building main entrances, the condo unit, the adjacent patio, secure parking garage, and mailboxes. Other things to note - Must comply with all condo association rules. -Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $75. -Guests with service animals are required, at the time of booking, to present documentation of their disability from their personal licensed physician or mental health professional, as well as documentation from that same doctor of the need for a service animal. Failure to provide documentation will result in an additional pet fee listed above. -No smoking of any kind including candles, cigarettes, vaping, or the burning of anything at all.
