Main floor you have full kitchen, Living and dining area with 2 bedrooms ( 1 queen bed) and (1 full size ) both bedrooms have cable tv, 1 full bathroom and 1 half bath, full deck with BBQ grill off closed in porch. Downstairs has (1 bedroom) with cable tv full bathroom with washer dryer. Additional kitchen and living area with cable tv and a queen bed French doors to outside patio 2nd grill and fire pit. Driveway will hold 5 cars no on street parking Central AC is Upstairs and Downstairs Gilford beach is for resisdence only however we will supply a beach pass for a week long rental or longer. Deeded right of way Beaches (3) for swimming,sunning,and day docking Boat docking and Valet Service from Fays boat yard on Varney Point. Walking distance to private Gilford Beach day pass will be provided for week long rentals or longer.
