The space During your stay, you’ll have the entire house to yourself—perfect for a relaxing getaway! The main floor features a full kitchen, open living and dining area, two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and cable TV), one full bathroom, and one half bath. Step out onto the full deck with a BBQ grill, just off the enclosed porch—great for outdoor dining. The lower level includes another bedroom, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, a second living area with cable TV, and French doors leading to a patio. The driveway accommodates up to 5 cars (please note: no street parking). Central A/C runs throughout both floors to keep you comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to three deeded right-of-way beaches, perfect for swimming, sunning, and day docking. Boat docking and valet service are available through Fay’s Boat Yard on Varney Point. The home is also within walking distance to the private Gilford Beach—a day pass will be provided for week-long rentals or longer. Other things to note We love our pets ..
