"Le Montjoie" La Rogerie Gîte: 13 people

In unspoiled nature, close to Nordic ski slopes, sledding and snowshoeing in winter (on site), alpine skiing (30 min), the Rogerie lodgings are a set of several adjoining lodgings, all located in a huge farmhouse. The Montjoie gîte allows you to meet with family or friends. Please note, Prénovel is located at 950 m altitude, we hope for snow this winter but we can't guarantee it! The space The "Le Montjoie" gîte is an apartment located on the 1st floor This cottage consists of: . A large living room, . An equipped kitchen area, (complete set of cookware, stove-oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), - 2 bathrooms 2 toilets. . 1 washing machine . 5 bedrooms including: - 1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed - 1 with 2 single beds - 2 with 1 double bed - 1 with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed Please note, this is a gîte. Linens and towels are not provided. On the other hand, there are blankets and pillows. Cleaning will also be required at the end of your stay, unless you opt for the €130 cleaning option (payment on site) Guest access Whenever possible, I try to come and greet guests. In case of absence I will explain how to access the cottage independently Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Remember, you're not alone in the building. You must therefore respect the peaceful nature of the premises and make use of it in accordance with its intended purpose. This is not a party room ;). Fireworks and other rockets and firecrackers are PROHIBITED ;) . Info for doggies :) : We have made the choice to welcome your dogs, cats, etc. in our cottages and know that they are really welcome. Out of respect for the services I offer you, so that your stay and those to come go smoothly, here are the tips for good behavior to respect (For the "vast majority" of you, I know that these rules will seem more than obvious to you! Thank you in advance for your understanding and sincerely regret having to formulate them): If your dog is likely to bark a lot or cause damage because it absolutely cannot stand loneliness; it must not be left alone in the cottage // Do not use the duvets, blankets and sofa throw for your dog to lie on. Please provide the necessary // It must not sleep on and in the beds // Please pick up its waste, put it in an appropriate bag and then in the outside trash bin (* not in the composter)
