Single room rentals

Single room with private bathroom. Housing on the first floor of a detached house. I live in the same house, although I work outside all day. Rent for days, weeks, or months. The space The house was built in the mid-1940s by my grandfather and I completely renovated it more than 10 years ago, when I moved in. It has a large sunny terrace. Guest access The kitchen, dining room and living room with fireplace are for shared use, I ask for a minimum of tidiness and cleanliness of what is used. During your stay I work outside the home, although some days I work remotely. I try to be at home when guests arrive or have someone from my family welcome them. Other things to note No smoking inside the house, only on the terrace. I try to reduce waste in my life and I ask that you at least separate your waste.
