Property offers unlimited water, uninterrupted power supply and high speed WIFI. Ideal for remote business or couple on holiday. No smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. The space The Cottage has been newly renovated and extended and consists of a fully fitted kitchen, lounge, a separate bedroom with a King size bed that can be converted into two singles if required and ensuite bathroom. A generous outdoor balcony, partially covered, leads from bedroom. Pure cotton linens and plenty of plush towels add to your comfort. Laminate wood floor and tile throughout. Wardrobe and chest of drawers provided. There is a newly renovated kitchen with a two burner stove, a built-in Smeg gas oven, a Smeg retro style fridge/freezer and a microwave and all utensils needed as well as a Nespresso machine. There is a small inside dining table , as well as a delightful outside patio/balcony for outdoor eating which offers views of the main, tranquil garden and mountains. The lounge offers a dedicated work area - desk and chair. The Cottage offers High Speed fibre optic WIFI. For your comfort the Cottage has air conditioning or heating as required. Heated blankets are provided for extra comfort in the winter. The entire Cottage is secured with stylish, security shutters. An outdoor perimeter alarm system is also in place. We have no restrictions on water usage as we use borehole water that has gone through a filtration system and is safe to drink. There are plenty of easily accessible plug outlets and adapters. The Cottage is connected to a lithium battery back up, supplied by solar energy to combat load shedding (power failures). Guest access Elangeni Cottage sits in the garden of the private main house . Access is through the main driveway entrance of the house where guests may park their car. Guests are able to use the outside patio/balcony of the Cottage where a Weber bbq is available as well as outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy a beautiful garden setting listening to the tranquil sounds of the fountain and birds. For the comfort of all guests, NO SMOKING is allowed inside the Cottage, on the patio/balcony or anywhere in the vicinity of the garden. Other things to note No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises - inside or out. Elangeni Cottage offers a daily servicing option with laundry if required. Cost available upon request. For stays of a week or more a complimentary service will be arranged.
