There are 2 double beds, 1 double bed (new), natural wood, custom-built, 160 cm x 200 cm, new natural latex mattresses for a restful and healthy sleep! 3 minutes to S-Bahn Isar Gate, 4 minutes to the tram at Maxmonument, 10 minutes to the Viktualienmarkt / Marienplatz and 5 minutes in the Maximilian street. Central as it gets (almost). The Lehel is one of the most popular districts in Munich. Isar River (5 minutes), English Garden (10 minutes), plus cafes, very nice pubs. The Opera, the Münchner Kammerspiele and the Residenz Theater can be reached in 5 minutes. 2 bikes can be used. You see, to experience a really good starting point to Munich!
