A 2-bedroom apartment in this brand new architect designed apartment situated in the heart of the CBD. You will have access to lifts for easier check-in and check-out. BEDROOM: Your bedrooms have a queen-sized bed (bedroom 1) and a double sized (bedroom 2) bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linens. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage. NOTE: Please do not bring food into the bedroom to help keep the space clean and comfortable. BATHROOM: The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper and body wash. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - refrigerator - microwave - crockery and cutlery We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. TV has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. Also, a sensational view to the northeast from the balcony. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. OUTDOOR & SHARED AMENITIES: - Access to the building’s BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay. - The BBQ area is located on Level 5, while the pool and gym are located on Level 3. Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates. PARKING: The parking garage can fit up to 2 cars. Paid parking is available on Bunda & Allara Street. The additional paid parking garage at Canberra Centre - time restrictions apply. Guest access Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge. Your keys are located at the Canstay lockbox wall at 23 Lonsdale Street, Braddon (beside "On Lonsdale Café") Other things to note COMMON AREAS: Level 3 - Take the left from the elevator. Needs a remote to access. Gym hours: 6 AM-10 PM Pool area hours: 6 AM-10 PM (NOTE: Pool is currently closed and is not available for guest use.) NOTE: - Food, alcohol, and smoking are NOT PERMITTED - Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the pool area. - Glass items are not permitted near the pool. If glass breaks, the pool will need to be shut down, emptied, and cleaned, and the costs will be charged to the responsible guest. - For safety and courtesy to all guests, strictly follow the designated pool hours. Just note that due to COVID restrictions, there may be unannounced limitations on pool usage/closures. Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
