As you can see in the photos, The flat is divided into a living room area with sofa, TV and a double bed. It also has a fully equipped and refurbished kitchen. It also has a bathroom and 4 balconies: two in the bedroom and two in the kitchen/living room. It is a warm and cosy space, well used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. The flat is very well located in Madrid but it can be noisy being so central. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 1 air conditioner unit with heat pump in the studio. Also, there is heating by a gas boiler with radiators, controlled by a thermostat in the common hallway. The washing machine is located in the common hallway of the 3 floors. The TV is a smart TV. About the WiFi, it has 600mb symmetrical by the operator and the wifi hotspots support up to 1 GB of internet.
