Little Manor Annexe - Beautiful Rural Location

A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities. The space The first of the two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has zip and link beds so it can be made up as a twin room or a super king. Modern shower room, with walk-in shower, towels are provided. The property is tiled throughout with underfloor heating. The small kitchen area has a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and kettle along with crockery and cookware. Guest access You will access the property through your own external door at the side of the property. It is self check in, with parking next to the door. The property comprises of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and shower room. There is a small garden with a seating area for guests use which is accessible up some steps to the side of the property.
