Only the entrance hall will be shared. When you enter, you arrive directly in the living room (17 m²). It consists of a small living area with sofa, dining area and kitchenette. To the left of the front door, a small room (cellar of 0.45 m²) will allow you to store your luggage or other items during your stay and use the washing machine available free of charge. Next door is the pretty bathroom with window, toilet, and shower (4 m²). Finally, the night area (10 m²) consists of a double bed (140 cm) with closet and a window overlooking the surrounding vegetation with views of Fort Saint Elme. The apartment is being renovated little by little, but is very well maintained. It offers you an ideal location as well as practical amenities, including reversible air conditioning (hot in winter/cold in summer) and a small PARKING ON SITE limited to cars up to 4.25 m long and pay attention to the garage entrance door limited to 1.81 m in height!
